About L.A. Mama

I am an L.A. Mama:  A full-time working mother, wife, student, and so much more.  Like most moms I wear many hats and as such I am always looking for ways to conveniently and effectively enhance the lives of those in my family.  The L.A. Mama blog features reviews of such products and services, entertainment, travel and cultural events as well as stories from my personal life, advice and more.   In L.A. Mama, my goal is to connect with other moms by sharing my thoughts, feelings and experiences with juggling the tasks of raising children, managing a household, being an Army wife and going to school.  

I frequently promote family-friendly events in the L.A. area and am always happy to add local events to my ongoing monthly list.

Giveaways

I have found that giveaways tend to generate the most traffic to the site and exposure to the products and services themselves. Giveaways are heavily promoted using sites like prizey.net and a network of like-minded blogs and websites, therefore they are sure to generated the most exposure. Furthermore, while my reader's respect my honest reviews and opinions, there is nothing like an opportunity to try the products themselves. 

While optional, I suggest a giveaway run along with the published article, beginning at the time the article is published, for a period of two weeks. Generally one item, similar or identical to that which is being reviewed, should suffice. However, if you would like to have multiple winners selected, I can facilitate that as well. Once the contest period has ended, a winner will be randomly selected via random.org. Once I have notified te winner and received their contact information, I will forward their information to you for shipping.

Mama is not paid for her opinion nor paid to post the reviews on this site, though this site does accept forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, or other forms of compensation. This site abides by word of mouth marketing standards. We believe in honesty of relationship, opinion and identity. Though the products sent in for review influence the advertising content (context ads), all reviews are the opinion of L.A. after testing said products. The views and opinions expressed on this site are purely the authors' own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question. This site does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest. All products sent to L.A. Mama become property of L.A. Mama. Items will not be returned.
